Whistleblowing Channel – Report Any Misconduct You May Observe


At Geonova, responsibility means taking concrete action—not just talking about it. That’s why we’ve launched a whistleblowing channel where you can easily and securely raise concerns about anything that doesn’t seem fair or right, whether it involves suspected illegal activity, unethical behavior, or other serious issues.

What is the purpose of a whistleblowing channel?

  • The channel promotes transparency and an open culture - we want to hear if something is not working as it should.
  • Whistleblowing allows us to address potential misconduct and improve the way we do business.

How does it work?

  • A report can be made by anyone - an employee, partner or other stakeholder.
  • You can submit a report anonymously.
    All notifications are treated confidentially and the notifier will not be harmed for submitting a notification.
  • You will receive a tracking code after the notification, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the case and, if necessary, communicate with the person dealing with it.
  • Notifications are made securely through EasyWhistle.

Where to report issues?

  • Suspected crime, abuse and misuse of property
  • Bribery, corruption and breaches of competition law
  • Environmental abuses
  • Discrimination, harassment and other staff welfare issues

What is NOT a whistleblowing channel?

  • This is not a general feedback box - feedback and suggestions for improvement are welcome in other channels.
